For my third day in South Kuta, I have decided to visit some more tourist attractions in the area. Still availing the car service worth Php615.31, I went to my first destination. My first stop was the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. With an entrance fee of only IDR 100,000 or Php343.23, I was able to enjoy the entire park and see all the sculptures and everything else that explains the rich culture of Uluwatu.
For lunch, I have decided to check out the New Beranda Resto inside the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. For only Php580.00, I was able to enjoy a delicious mean (Indonesian Fried Duck).
After lunch, I went on my way to Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple which was a couple of hours away from the park. The entrance fee was only IDR 20,000 or Php68.65. The temple was absolutely wonderful, and the sunset highlights it's wonderful features as well as the beauty of the water. Come night time, I was offerref to watch the Fire dance for only IDR 70,000 or Php240,26. The fire dance was really cool for me because it was the first time I saw something like that. The only fire dance I was able to watch was the one in beaches in the Philippines where they would swing fireballs. This one was a mix of entertainment and a ritual.
Before leaving the southernmost part of Kuta, I stopped by Nasi Ayam Kedewatan Uluwatu for some delicious Indonesian dinner. The place was simple but the food was definitely worth Php430.00, as it was delicious.
