For my adventure for today, I have hired a car service worth Php 1,995.52. I have decided to roam around west Bali and check out a lot of atractions since I only have a few days left in Indonesia.
My first stop was the Bali Museum. The entrance fee was only Php34.06 and I was able to learn a lot of Bali's history and culture. It was definitely a fun experience and just seeing how they were able to preserve the country's history was admirable. Next up was Bajra Sandhi Monument also with an entrance fee of Php 34.06. The place was beautiful and it kind of reminds me the Luneta Park we have back in the Philippines. For lunch, I went to Restaurant Renon and ordered a delicious chinese dimsum lunch for Php423.08. My nest stop was the Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest which, like th first monkey forest I have visited, allowed me to interact with the cute little creatures, for only Php 51.10. I also went to the Bali Butterfly Farm with an entrance fee of Php170.32. The place was great and I was glad to see butteflies of different sizes and colors.
My last stop before dinner time was the Tanah Lot Temple. The entrance fee for this one was Php 102.19. They said that the best time to go there was either during sunrise, or during sunset. I went there just in time to watch the sun set and I was definitely taken aback. The view was serene. I was lost for words seeing how beautiful it all was. It was a perfect way to end the day and it was a view I would want to see again in the future.
For dinner, I went to Melasti Resto just in the area of the Tanah Lot Temple. Here, I was able to enjoy the view whilst having a scrumptious dinner worth only Php650.00
TODAY'S EXPENSES: Php 3,460.33
